Danish brand Vipp’s range of discerning design products for the home is in demand. And the special edition ‘Anniversary White’ is already getting lots of attention, ahead of it’s launch.
‘Anniversary White’, takes us on a nostalgic trip down memory lane with a revival of the original Vipp white – the very first color chosen by Vipp founder Holger Nielsen in 1939. Together with the original handwritten logo, this year’s color pays tribute to the design philosophy of Holger who in 2015 would have turned 100 years old.
“From the 1930s and decades ahead, my father’s bins were primarily sold to doctors, dentists and veterinarians. To match the hospital and institution walls and inventory at the time, he used the same off-white color for his pedal bins.” – Jette Egelund, daughter of Holger Nielsen.
This might be the opportunity to ad to our collection of Vipp products. Not only is the design pleasing to the eye, the quality is hard to beat too.
