Caroline Kummelstedt is a Milan-based high-end women’s wear fashion label created by Swedish fashion designer with the same name. The young and promising designer debuted with a menswear brand, WearAID, in 2009, followed by winning The Anders Wall Scholarship as “Sweden’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year” for her accomplishments with the label in 2010. She has since written a book on the subject of young entrepreneurship and by 2012 she founded her own label, Caroline Kummelstedt alongside completing a fashion design undergraduate program at world famous and prestigious leading Italian-origin fashion and design institute Istituto Marangoni.
For Spring Summer 2014 she has created a collection of separates and dresses in a fluent, yet strictly formed style. The colour palette is kept in pastel to neutral light beige in floating silk fabrics. This is a designer to watch!
